As the therapies that Natasha offered began to expand, a brand identity and fresh redesign were created to reflect the organic evolution of her business.
Numerous challenges were introduced with the growth of her business, including the vast new audiences that her additional therapies are inclusive of, from youth services, to pregnant women, to soul-midwifery as a means for supplemental end-of-life care. The delicate balance of presenting accessible user-friendly information with a compassionate awareness was at the forefront of the branding and redesign.
Branding
The logo depicts a subliminal, symbolic, minimal, and abstract interpretation of a therapist’s hands whilst they are massaging a client.
It also looks to resemble candles - both of which are complimentary representations of holistic therapies. Nestled in the village of Oakamoor which is surrounded by ancient woodland, I wanted the colour palette to echoe this. The treatments take place inside of a Shepherd's Hut that is painted a gorgeous shade of green and I incorporated this into the branding palette.
Summary
After careful and researched consideration of the aesthetics and usability of the new website, I let the numbers speak for themselves.
Not only did the website receive a 10% increase in traffic through unique visits and SEO strategies, but there was also a significant increase in communication via the web form. There was also a 24% increase in onboarding new clientele, particularly those who booked in for the new treatments that were being offered. Her social media platforms were leveraged and networking was enhanced.
